Second Joint Project of SYLA and CUMICA Launched in KawasakiProviding Attractive Residences in Kawasaki, a City that Continues to Develop through Numerous Redevelopment Projects

About the Joint Project
SYLA Technologies and CUMICA signed a capital and business alliance agreement on January 23, 2024. As the second joint project based on the Agreement, SYLA, a subsidiary of SYLA Technologies, and CUMICA will cooperate to propose a truly valuable compact condominium.

The Kawasaki II Project was launched on July 4, 2024, combining SYLA's expertise in planning and design with CUMICA's extensive experience and technical capabilities in condominium development. Located in Tsutsumine, Kawasaki-ku, Kawasaki City, this project is conveniently situated a 5-minute walk from JR Hatchonawate Station, a 12-minute walk from JR Kawasaki Station, and a 16-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station.

Kawasaki Station is one of Japan's leading terminal stations served by three JR lines, and the rapid express stop Keikyu Kawasaki Station on the Keikyu Main Line is also accessible. These two stations and five train lines provide direct access to central Tokyo, western Tokyo, Yokohama, and both Haneda and Narita international airports, ensuring convenient travel throughout the metropolitan area. Kawasaki is also home to the headquarters and plants of large corporations that supported industry during Japan's period of rapid growth, as well as university campuses.
