The offering amount is 50,000,000 yen, and the expected yield is 4%.

The Chikura Umi Base Camp is a new style of resort facility that distinguishes itself from traditional outdoor experiences. In addition to activities like camping and glamping, it offers a "Cuisine Resort" concept that emphasizes culinary and dining excellence. Since its opening in 2018, the camp's innovative ideas and high-quality service have attracted significant attention and popularity. Situated in Chikura-cho, Minamiboso City, Chiba Prefecture, the camp boasts a prime location overlooking the ocean, just a 90-minute drive from central Tokyo. It provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature.

In April 2024, the camp expanded its offerings with new accommodations, including the "Suite villa: sauna" and "Suite villa: dog."
