Property Design
THE SYLA SHIBUYA-TOMIGAYA embodies timeless luxury designed to be cherished for a century. Based on the concept of Classic & Contemporary, the building showcases exceptional quality in its materials, design, and details. The facade features a harmonious blend of straight lines and curves, with the precise lines of louvers and tiles juxtaposed against the organic curves of columns and balconies, creating an elegant visual expression. Stone-like tiles frame the dynamic openings, imparting a sense of refinement and presence.

The Appearance of a Hideaway
The building features a gently curving wall set back from the public road, creating a spacious approach that gradually narrows, leading to a secluded entrance. This design gives the building the feel of an urban retreat.

Into the Depths of Stillness
Inside the entrance, the hall is designed around the concept of a CAVE, skillfully using light and shadow. The space is free of excessive decoration, with textured plastered walls, classic interior design, and soft indirect lighting blending to create a tranquil atmosphere. This serene space invites residents to forget the city's hustle and bustle and enjoy peaceful moments.
