SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: MRM) (“MEDIROM”). The event will be held on June 20, 2024 ET at the Nasdaq U.S. headquarters located in Times Square, New York City.


Purpose and Background of Participation in NASDAQ JAPAN IR EVENT
On March 31, 2023, SYLA Technologies became the first Japanese real estate company to be listed on Nasdaq, increasing the total number of Japanese companies listed on Nasdaq, which now stands at eight. As Japanese companies expand their presence in the global market, the NASDAQ JAPAN IR EVENT has been organized. The purpose of this event is to inspire Japanese companies to take on the challenges of the global market and to enhance the appeal of Japanese companies to investors worldwide. SYLA aims to accelerate its global endeavors by showcasing its strength, providing insights into the Japanese real estate market and the economic growth associated with real estate crowdfunding.
