(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroyuki Sugimoto; NASDAQ: “SYT”), will open applications for an income-type fund for “Daytime Service Group Home for Persons with Disabilities ‘BEE-HACK Yotsukaido’ Phase 2,” operated by Anispi Holdings Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and Representative Director: Hideaki Fujita; hereinafter “Anispi Holdings”), on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. The offering amount is 194.6 million yen and the expected yield of 5.5%.


Purpose and Features of the Fund
The aging population of the persons with disabilities and subsequent increasing severity of their disabilities have emerged as issues in the recent Japanese society. However, there is an overwhelming shortage of available services to address these challenges. Appropriate land and buildings for group homes catering to people with moderate to severe disabilities is essential, which is challenging with existing real estate, necessitating new constructions. Such constraints hinder the expansion of service provision. On the other hand, a UN review in 2022 underscored the need for enhanced support for persons with disabilities, and national initiatives require to augment and enhance support services for this demographic. Given the high demand for facilities, there is an expectation for stable facility operations.

Rimawari-kun has resolved to support the business expansion of BEE-HACK in alignment with the governmental initiatives aimed at addressing these challenges. The construction of “BEE-HACK Yotsukaido,” a daytime service group home for persons with disabilities, has been completed through the supportive investments in the previously offered development-type fund. This subsequent Phase 2 fund will be managed as an income-type fund.
