SYLA Solar Announces Issuance of Series 1 Unsecured Bonds (Guaranteed by Aichi Bank, Ltd. and Limited to Qualified Institutional Investors)

SYLA Solar Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nagoya, Aichi; CEO: Takeshi Fuchiwaki; hereinafter “SYLA Solar”), a wholly owned subsidiary of SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroyuki Sugimoto; NASDAQ “SYT”), operator of the largest membership real estate crowdfunding platform in Japan, Rimawari-kun, has successfully raised 50 million yen in bank guaranteed private placement bonds provided by Aichi Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Yukinori Ito) The funds raised will be used for business working capital.
