SYLA Technologies Donates to the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Relief Efforts

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and sincerely hope for the earliest possible restoration of the affected areas.

SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroyuki Sugimoto; NASDAQ: SYT) (“SYLA” or “the Company”) donated a total of 2,077,500 yen on February 29, 2024, to support those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake. This contribution was gathered from the SYLA Technologies group and its employees.

The SYLA Technologies group engaged in the following supports to help those affected and to assist in the reconstruction of the affected areas by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

(1) Donation of 2,077,500 yen to Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture, through the corporate version of Furusato Nozei (hometown tax) program, among other channels.
