SYLA Technologies Announces Collaboration with a Private Fund Managed by BlackRock to Invest in Real Estate Projects in Japan

SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: SYT) (“SYLA” or “the Company”), operator of the largest membership real estate crowdfunding platform in Japan, Rimawari-kun, announced that the Company has entered into an agreement on business collaboration with a private fund managed by BlackRock's Real Estate business on December 8, 2023. This marks SYLA’s first business collaboration with a major United States-based asset management firm.

Purpose and Reason for the Collaboration
This strategic business collaboration will offer the private fund managed by BlackRock’s Real Estate business the opportunity to invest in SYLA’s real estate projects in Japan, with a particular focus on SYFORME condominium brand series developed by SYLA’s group company. SYLA and BlackRock will actively pursue collaboration opportunities across the entire real estate development spectrum, with a core objective to accelerate the both parties’ strategic real estate development and investment in alignment with market demands. SYLA remains committed to sustainable growth and value creation. Through this collaboration, SYLA aims to fortify its presence in the real estate market.
