[Rimawari-kun] Regional revitalization fund by Rimawari-kun x DOTOWN is now serialized! "DOTOWN HOUSE Ocean Front Vol. 2" and "DOTOWN HOUSE Ocean Front Vol. 3" will begin accepting applications on Monday, July 10!
The mission of SYLA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshiyuki Yuto; hereinafter "SYLA") is "Democratizing real estate investment around the world. Enriching the 100-year life era with technology and asset management.” SYLA is engaged in operation of real estate crowdfunding platform “Rimawari-kun,” which boasts the largest membership in Japan, as well as development of investment apartment.
SYLA will begin accepting applications for a series of local revitalization funds "DOTOWN HOUSE Ocean Front Vol.2" and "DOTOWN HOUSE Ocean Front Vol.3" on the same day on Monday, July 10, together with DOTOWN. The total offering amount is 35.28 million yen and 42.58 million yen respectively (77.86 million yen in total).

Since the previous fund "DOTOWN HOUSE Ocean Front" was well received by many investors, we received offers to exhibit the new fund on Rimawari-kun again.
The "DOTOWN HOUSE Ocean Front" series consists of five houses in total, all of which are going to be funded through Rimawari-kun, including the previous and current funds, and our future funds for two of them. In addition, a fund of the same series is planned to be launched in Ichinomiya Town, which is known as surfing mecca.
We will continue to develop the DOTOWN x Rimawari-kun Regional Revitalization Fund series to support local development!

The first phase of the project was "THE CHIKURA UMI BASE CAMP,” which developed the Cuisine Resort to take advantage of local agriculture and create a place to attract many people.
The second phase, "THE CHIKURA UMI BASE CAMP ft. SAUNALAND," was supported by Rimawari-kun in the establishment of the fund.
